Location:  Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School, 90 Bur Oak Ave, Markham
Note:         Please bring your indoor shoes and wear full uniform.  York Headwaters Area Indoor Campfire 2020 .  Be prepared to lead the followings in front of other Scout group in the area:
– Song: Ging Gang Goolie (see lyric HERE)
– Skit: Ugly Men Skit (Same skit we prepared at the Area Summer Campfire)
– Cheer: Round of Applause Cheer

Date:         Tuesday, February 25, 2020
Who:         Beavers
Time:        Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner 6:30 – 7:00 PM
Regular program 7:00 – 8:00 PM
Location:  Rouge Valley Mennonite Church, 7452 Reesor Rd., Markham
Note:         Beavers will learn about head safety as well as learning how to tie lassoes.  Scouters, please don’t forget the helmets.  Also, please bring indoor shoes.  Please RSVP (gnicol3@gmail.com) if you are attending the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner.

Time:        7:15 – 8:45 PM
Location: Cornell Community Centre Pool, 3201 Bur Oak Ave, Markham
Note:         Cubs will demonste their aquatic skills to their Scouters.  Youths will be evaluated according to the Aquatic Skill – Stage 2,3,4 competencies.  A successful demonstration will be awarded an Outdoor Adventure Skills Aquatic Skills badge at the end of the year.  Please bring a snorkelling mask and life jacket (if you have one). Scouters will be showing the youths the HELP (Heat Escape Lessening Posture) and Huddle positions, as well as Ear Equalization techniques.  Swimmer fee will be covered by the section budget.
