Week of June 4 and 5, 2018

Year End Family Potluck

There will be no meeting on June 4 and June 5 for all sections. Instead, we will have our annual year end family potluck on June 9 to celebrate the end of the Scouting Year 2017-2018. 7th Markham Scouting Family, this is your chance to say a HUGE “Thank You” to all your Scouters for all the hard work they have done for the Scouting Year. The details of the event are as follows:

Date:    Saturday, 09 June 2018
Time:   11:30 AM – 02:00 PM
Where: Rouge Valley Mennonite Church
              7452 Reesor Road, Markham

What to Bring:
We are requesting that you bring a dish (chicken, beef, or pasta) for about 5-8 people. Please bring your own plates, cups/mugs, cutleries, and serving utensils for your dish. To minimize garbage, we highly encourage families to bring reusable plates and cups.  The group committee will provide desserts and drinks.

Note:
We plan to have a water gun battle. Please bring water gun(s), towel and change of clothes. Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers – this is your chance to get your Scouters soaking wet.
