To end the Scouting Year 2016-2017, we will have our annual year end family potluck on June 3. 7th Markham Scouting Family, this is your chance to say a HUGE “Thank You†to all your Scouters for all the hard work they have done for the Scouting Year. The details of the event are as follows:
Date:Â Â Saturday, 03 June 2017
Time:Â Â 11:30 AM – 02:00 PM
Where:Â Rouge Valley Mennonite Church
       7452 Reesor Road, Markham
What to Bring:
We are requesting that you bring a dish (chicken, beef, or pasta) for about 5-8 people. Please bring your own plates, cups/mugs, cutleries, and serving utensils for your dish. The group committee will provide desserts and drinks.
Note:
We plan to have a water gun battle. Please bring water gun(s), towel and change of clothes. Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers – this is your chance to get your Scouters soaking wet.
