Apple Day is an annual event that provides our Scouting youth with an opportunity to show their appreciation to the general public for their support throughout the year. Our youth distribute apples as a way of saying “Thank You†to the community. Donations are accepted in exchange, but apples are not sold.
We encouraged all Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers to participate in this year’s Apple Day. Apple Day will be held on October 14 and 15 at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (north of Highway 7 and east of Markham Rd.). Additional information can be found at 2016 Apple Day.
